Raven Bot ("we", "us", or "our") operates a Discord bot and web management panel (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information provided automatically by Discord

When you authorize our bot or log in via Discord OAuth2, we receive:

Discord User ID — a unique numeric identifier for your account.
Username and discriminator — used only for display in the panel.
Guild (server) IDs and names — to identify which servers you manage.
Guild member information — role assignments, join/leave events, as required to operate bot features.

Configuration data you provide

Through the management panel, you may configure:

Welcome and leave message text and channel IDs
Auto-role and verified-role IDs
Captcha settings (type, timeout, actions)
Log channel IDs
Moderation settings and records (user IDs, actions taken, timestamps)

All configuration data is stored per guild (server) and is tied to the guild ID, not to individual user accounts.

Log data

We automatically collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, request timestamps, and error details solely for operational and security purposes. These logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days.

2. How We Use Your Information

To operate and improve the Discord bot and management panel.
To authenticate you via Discord OAuth2 and display your servers in the panel.
To store and apply your guild configuration settings.
To record moderation actions you take within your server.
To detect and prevent abuse, spam, or unauthorized access.
To comply with applicable laws and Discord's Developer Terms of Service.

We do not read, analyze, or store the content of user messages. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

3. Data Retention

Guild configuration data is retained as long as the bot remains in your server. When you remove the bot from your server, you may request deletion of all associated data by contacting us at the address below. Moderation logs are retained for as long as the configuration remains active or until you delete them through the panel.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except:

Discord: Interactions with the bot are governed by Discord's Privacy Policy.
Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
Infrastructure providers: Hosting and database services may process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, JWT-based authentication, and access control to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your data (right to erasure).
Object to or restrict certain processing activities.

The management panel uses localStorage to store authentication tokens for session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
