Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Raven Bot (the "Service") operated by Raven Bot ("we", "us", or "our"). By adding the bot to your Discord server or using the management panel, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country), that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Raven Bot provides a Discord bot and a web-based management panel that enables Discord server administrators to configure moderation, verification, logging, and other server management features. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for all actions taken within your Discord server through the Service. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users.
  • Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Use the Service to send spam, automated mass messages, or unsolicited content.
  • Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Use the Service for any illegal activity or to facilitate illegal activity.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

4. Bot Permissions

By adding the bot to your server, you grant it the permissions necessary to perform the features you configure (e.g., managing roles, sending messages, kicking or banning members). You are responsible for ensuring that bot usage on your server complies with applicable laws and Discord's policies.

5. Moderation Actions

The Service may perform automated moderation actions (such as kicking or banning members) based on the configuration you set. You accept full responsibility for the consequences of any automated actions triggered by your configuration. We are not liable for incorrect settings or unintended moderation actions.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice, for maintenance, security, or any other reason.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by removing the bot from your Discord server.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with the Service remain the property of Raven Bot. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR CONTINUOUSLY AVAILABLE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BOTPANEL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Raven Bot and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through our support server or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
